I have been to Artesian Auto several times now, and they have helped me with a pre-purchase inspection, and several other car fixes! All of the mechanics are very kind and skilled, and Aaron helped me out again today and was super nice and informative! I also wanted to give a shoutout to Jamie for always helping me out as well. Thank you so so much and so will definitely be back again!!!

My wife and I have been taking our cars here for years now. They've always been very friendly and helpful. I always feel at ease after taking my car here as I know that my car will work and they aren't messing around with my car. The staff at Artesian are very thorough and even check if there's any maintenance or fixing that needs to be done even if it's not the reason why I made an appointment. As a son of an automotive mechanic and always helping my father fix cars, I definitely feel like the mechanics at Artesian know what they're doing. Plus, the costs seems good. I know for sure that they're not always charging me for their labor. Artesian is always my go to place if I need to get my car fixed and if they can't do it, I feel like I can rely on their recommendations.

Took my car in for an AC repair because it leaking fluid and running hot. Jamie and the mechanics at Artesian were beyond helpful, professional, and explained every step of their process clearly. I appreciate their mechanics skills, experience, and the whole teams great communication. It has been 2 months and my AC is still cold as ever. Mahalo Artesian Auto repair!

From my very first call with Aaron to chatting with Jaimie at the front desk, I was impressed by their friendly, genuine customer service. Their diagnostics were lightning fast, and the labor costs were more than fair. Absolutely no price gouging. I was so happy with my experience that I immediately sent a group text to 10 family members who are always on the hunt for a good mechanic. Artesian Auto Repair - Honest, fair and fast. I had a problem with shimmying front end when I brake hard. I made an appointment (3 days out), got his diagnosis and estimate and the Repair was done same day. They assessed a few other items but didn't push anything on me. In fact, he mentioned he had seen far worse shimmying and I could get by the way it was. Opted for the repair and am happy with the result

Friendly, quick and efficient! I was not mistaken in going to Artesian Auto Repair to get my side mirror fixed. They are friendly and very efficient. Jamie placed the order for my part and Aaron was very quick in getting it fixed. I didn’t even wait for over half an hour! Easy peasies! Thanks Aaron!
